SUNDAY IS FAMILY FUN DAY at the Auckland Home Show, with extra FREE entertainment planned to make it a great day out for the whole family. We’ve got Free Face Painting, Colouring competitions for the kids, Paint a Rock challenges and other goodies throughout the show. So bring the kids and plan to spend Sunday at the Auckland Home Show.

We have some talented face-painting artists ready to delight you and your children with their friendly manner and their artistic talents. They have a wide repertoire available and have designs/picture menus for the children to choose from.
So bring the kids along to the Auckland Home Show between 11am-3pm on Sunday for FREE face painting!

Engage your little artist’s imagination with the delightful “Paint a Rock” activity, where they can transform ordinary rocks into colourful masterpieces, sparking endless creativity and outdoor fun! Adults can join in the fun too! This is brought to you by our friends from Resene.

Calling all young artists! Unleash your creativity in our exciting colouring competition and let your imagination burst with a kaleidoscope of colours! Whether you prefer colouring at our dedicated stations at the Home Show or finishing your masterpiece at home, you can enter for a chance to WIN prizes by using the QR code for online submissions. Get your colouring competition entry form the Home Show Info desk at the main show foyer on Sunday.

1pm, 2pm & 3pm Sunday, How To Workshop Hall 8, hosted by Mitre 10
For the up and coming DIYers, the team from Mitre 10 will take kids through how to build a special project. All materials provided. Limited to 20 spaces, bookings essential. Book at the Show Info desk, main foyer outside Hall 2. Sessions are approx. 40-45 mins. Most suitable for 6-12 years, child must be accompanied by an adult.

Bring your kids to the Husqvarna Mini Lawn Mower Race for a fun, hands-on experience! Watch as these mini mowers zip around the track, cutting corners and racing to the finish line. It’s a great way for kids to have fun and get a taste of what these smart mowers can do. Perfect for all ages, this activity promises a lot of laughs and maybe even a bit of friendly competition. Come join the race and see which mower comes out on top!
